Role Overview

As Marketing & Communication Lead, you will play a central role in strengthening Minerva Imaging's global market presence and supporting the company's ambitious growth journey. Working as part of the Business Development team, you will take ownership of marketing and communications initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate demand and position Minerva Imaging as a trusted scientific partner and thought leader within radiopharmaceutical research and development.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and curious marketing professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and is eager to take ownership, challenge existing approaches and continuously improve the way marketing supports commercial success. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, giving you the opportunity to shape Minerva Imaging's tone of voice, brand positioning and digital presence while working closely with colleagues across Business Development and the wider organization.

You will drive lead generation and inbound marketing activities, develop engaging content across multiple channels, plan and execute events and work with sales enablement to help build an active community around Minerva Imaging's scientific expertise and commercial offerings. Through compelling storytelling and thought leadership initiatives, you will translate complex scientific topics into relevant and engaging communication for customers, partners and other stakeholders worldwide.

A key part of the role is owning and developing the company's CRM platform - the company has implemented Salesforce - and ensuring it supports effective marketing automation, campaign execution and lead nurturing.

By combining data-driven insights with creativity, you will optimize customer journeys, measure campaign performance and contribute to a scalable marketing engine that supports the company's continued international growth.

Working closely with the Business Development team, you will create targeted marketing materials, support account-based outreach, develop campaigns around conferences and industry events, and ensure consistent, high-quality communication across the website, social media, newsletters, presentations and scientific collateral. You will continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools and processes while staying ahead of industry trends within biotech, CRO services and radiopharmaceuticals.

Your Profile

You are an ambitious and commercially minded marketing professional with 3–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, communications or business development, ideally from the healthcare, biotech, life sciences, complex SaaS offerings or other knowledge-intensive industries. Whether your background is in marketing, communications, business or life sciences, you are motivated by translating complex knowledge into compelling stories that create engagement, strengthen customer relationships and generate commercial opportunities.

You combine creativity with a structured and data-driven mindset. You have experience with lead generation, demand generation, content marketing and thought leadership, and you understand how marketing can support the commercial organization throughout the customer journey. You are familiar with inbound marketing principles and have worked with CRM platforms—preferably Salesforce—as well as marketing automation, campaign management and performance analytics to optimize engagement and conversion.

As a communicator, you write exceptionally well in English and can adapt your messaging to different audiences without compromising scientific accuracy. Danish language skills are an advantage but not a prerequisite. You enjoy working closely with subject matter experts and are naturally curious about science, innovation and the technologies that improve patients' lives.

Personally, you are proactive, self-driven and take ownership of your work. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where ideas are welcomed, responsibilities are broad and success is created through teamwork. You are naturally curious and eager to learn, comfortable exploring new topics and embracing new challenges. At the same time, you are structured and detail-oriented, enabling you to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of quality. You bring a creative mindset and enjoy challenging the status quo by identifying new opportunities and better ways of working. Finally, you are a strong team player who values collaboration and believes that the best results are achieved by working closely with colleagues across functions. Above all, you are excited by the opportunity to help build Minerva Imaging's global brand, strengthen its market position and contribute to the continued growth of an internationally recognized company at the forefront of precision medicine.
